E3/CG-4 oils can also be used at extended oil drain intervals subject to satisfactory results from oil condition monitoring

Severe duty includes applications listed for 250 hours in the 1000 and new 1000 series Users Handbook, and any applications with a load factor above 50% (45% for 100 series)

For high sulphur fuels, refer to the 'users handbook' for the reduction in oil change periods. (High sulphur fuels cannot be used in emission controlled engines)
